US Domestic Standard Shipping
Takes 3-5 business days via UPS or USPS shipping.
Please expect your delivery to take an additional 3 business days for rural ares.
Please allow 5 business days (Monday through Friday excluding holidays) for shipping to Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas Non-continental US territories and APO's will be shipped via USPS and will not have order tracking available.
According to the shipping policy, P.O. Box address cannot be delivered.
International Shipping
Takes 15-20 business days via UPS, DHL, EMS and other applicable shipping carriers.
Pre-orders and Backorders
Backorder and Pre-orders items are available to order but won't ship until they are in stock in our warehouse.
Shipping dates for pre-order and backordered items are shown in the order summary at checkout.
Items will ship as soon as they become available. We'll email you to let you know when your order has been shipped.
If you've ordered other items in addition to your pre-order or backordered item, the rest of the order will ship separately.
If you've qualified for any free or promotional items, they'll ship with the next available items in your order.
Shipping & Service Delays
Shipment dates are estimates in accordance with our carriers. If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (i.e. severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled event, etc.), please note there may be additional shipping time to receive your order.
Tracking Your Package
When your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email to the email address you provided. For all orders this email will include a tacking number which you can use to track your package on the appropriate shipping carrier's website.
Return & Refund Policy
If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt. We will happily replace, exchange or refund your items.
All Goods returned must be as new. The responsibility for the return delivery, and costs lie with the customer. Upon return, the goods will be inspected and a refund will be made within 7 days. To return the goods, please contact us by email service@smilepawslove.com.
Damaged Goods Please email service@smilepawslove.com and report any damages or non-delivery immediately - no complaints about transit damage can be considered unless made in writing within 10 days of receipt of Goods. Any claim for damaged or defective goods can only be entertained if the goods are returned to SMILE PAWS in their original packaging or similar suitable packaging to ensure sufficient protection in transit. If the customer service department determines that it is product quality problem, we will guarantee a free return and full-refund for you.
All refunds are made in the original payment method.
